Rectorate

The Rectorate of Goris State University is an advisory body under the Rector, established by the Rector’s order. Between the sessions of the University Council and the Academic Council, the Rectorate discusses issues related to the University’s activities, the implementation of decisions made by the University Council and the Academic Council, and adopts advisory resolutions, in accordance with the prescribed regulations and within its jurisdiction.

The Rectorate includes the Rector, Vice-Rectors, the Scientific Secretary, the Head of the Academic Department, the Chief Accountant, the Head of the Human Resources Management Department, the Head of the Economic Affairs Department, the Deans of the Faculties, and the President of the Student Council. By the Rector’s decision, heads of specific subdivisions of the University may also be included in the Rectorate.
